The day includes:

⭐️Mini 15 minute pregnancy massage (your choice of lower leg and foot, arm and hand or neck and shoulders.You will also be given the opportunity to upgrade to a hot stone massage (£7.50, limited spaces available)
⭐️ A variety of antenatal workshops including reducing fear, confident decision making, managing and reducing pregnancy aches and pains and pregnancy and labour 101.

You will also receive tea and coffee throughout the day and a goody bag!
