Fitness Pilates (Little Paxton)


Fitness Pilates will teach you the skills to improve your posture, balance, mobility and will focus on strengthening your core and preventing injuries. Each class is one hour long and includes a relaxation section at the end. All classes are mixed ability with plenty of options to challenge you at the correct intensity.

Alongside live classes you will also get access to over 60 online saved pilates sessions that you can do from the comfort of your home.

What Time?: 7:30pm-8:30pm

Where?: Little Paxton Village Hall

When?: September 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, October 4th, 11th, 18th, 26th

£57.50 for 8 week block

Please note sessions cannot be transferred or refunded.You get access to over 60 online pilates classes that you can do from the comfort of your own home if you are unable to attend you have lots of choice of sessions.
