After having your baby this is the time when your body would benefit most from massage and remedial therapy. Your body has been through a great amount of stress and you definitely need some TLC! Whether you are just in need of some ‘you-time’ or are experiencing muscle aches and pain, the postnatal massage is designed to make you truly feel good again. By helping improve ‘mum posture’, c-section scar recovery and diastasis recti we can help to improve your day to day life. You will also leave with home care exercises to carry on your recovery and ensure you get best results. This treatment is sure to help you feel amazing!

Initial consultations are 90 minutes long and cost a one off fee of £60. In this session you will get a full consultation a long with a full body massage or treatment of choice and I will then be assessing and treating aches and pains. Thereafter 90 minute massage is £60 and a one hour treatment sessions will cost £45.

Thereafter 90 minute massage is £65 and 60 minute massage is £45.

My treatment room is based is St Neots, however will travel to your home at an extra cost.
