ABOUT

My journey in fitness started in 2006 when I first became qualified as a gym instructor. Since then I have qualified as a personal trainer and taught a large variety of fitness classes from spin, circuits, Zumba to Pilates, HIIT and buggy workouts.

I learned from early on that I loved the affect that exercise had on me and loved the feel good factor and I wanted to share this with as many people as possible.
