Total Body Workout
This class is 45 minutes and will give you a full body work out. The class is broken into 3 sections. Section one will work on your cardio fitness through 15 minutes of interval training followed by 15 minutes conditioning using a variety of equipment which is provided and finished with 15 minutes core exercises to finish. The class is action packed and sure to improve your fitness levels in no time.
What Time?: 6:30pm-7:15pm
Where?: Little Paxton Village Hall, High St, Little Paxton, Saint Neots PE19 6EY
£39 for 6 week block (to be used over 7 weeks)
Your 6 week block will start on the next Tuesday after payment unless a start date has been prearranged with instructor.
– If you are unable to attend a session please contact Nic atleast 24 hours before hand and you will be able to transfer your session to another week.
– Please note any cancellations less then 24 hours will not be able to be refunded or transferred to another week.
