Lift and lengthen is A 45-minute full body workout combining the best of Lift Lean and Fitness Pilates.
Expect strength-based exercises using weights, followed by Pilates-inspired movements to improve posture, core strength, balance and flexibility.

Expect a mix of:

* Light weights and resistance-based exercises
* Core strength and posture work
* Pilates-inspired movement for flexibility and alignment
* Balance, mobility and functional fitness
* A full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer and energised

This class is suitable for a range of fitness levels, with options given throughout. Perfect if you’d love to build strength while improving flexibility and core stability.

You will need to bring a pair of weights and a mat/large towel with you.(some weights available)

Cancellation policy:
– If you are unable to attend a session please contact Nic atleast 24 hours before hand and you will be able to transfer your session to another week.
– Please note any cancellations less then 24 hours will not be able to be refunded or transferred to another week.
