Fitness Pilates (Loves Farm) Wednesday morning


Fitness Pilates will teach you the skills to improve your posture, balance, mobility and will focus on strengthening your core and preventing injuries. Each class is one hour long and includes a relaxation section at the end. All classes are mixed ability with plenty of options to challange you at the correct intensity.

What Time? 10:30am-11:30am

Where? Loves Farm House

£55 for 7 week block (June 5th- July 17th)

Please note that all sessions cannot be transferred or refunded.You do however get access to over 60 online sessions which can be carried out any where in the comfort of your own home or anywhere in the world.
